Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce administration and configuration, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce instance to support our sales, marketing, and customer service operations in the Indian market.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our organization in the Indian market.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and security settings in alignment with local data privacy regulations.
• Ensure data integrity and cleanliness through ongoing data validation, cleansing, and de-duplication efforts.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Provide training and support to Salesforce users in India, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend process improvements.
• Assist with Salesforce integrations with other systems as required for Indian operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative capabilities.
• Familiarity with Indian data privacy regulations such as GDPR, and experience implementing Salesforce solutions in compliance with these regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different time zones.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
